Membership Details

Membership commitment

Membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months, starting from the date of your first payment. After the initial 12 month period, membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

You have an initial 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment, during which you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid, provided no services have been used.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, early cancellation before the end of the 12-month term will result in a charge equivalent to the remaining balance of the membership term.

Payments

Monthly payments of £250 are due on the same date each month. Your first payment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent payments charged automatically on a monthly basis on the same calendar date to the payment method on file. Failed payments may incur additional charges and could result in temporary suspension of membership benefits. We’ll notify you if any payment issues arise. Unused funds remain in your account and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Freezing membership

Members may request to pause (freeze) their membership for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months per year.

Freeze requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice.
Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen.

Gifting membership

The option to gift a consultation (worth up to £50) to a friend or family member is limited to one gift every 6 months.

Gifted sessions are non-transferable, must be used within 6 months, and must be booked by the client with one of the Aesthetic Therapy Team. Medical team excluded.

Discounts and offers

Discounts on skincare products, medical injections, and other treatments are only valid while the membership is active. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or packages.

Discounts do not apply to prescription products (including botox and prescription skincare) or to courses of treatments.

*Discounts on Skincare and Medical Injections apply to any of the medical team except Mr Gateley. Advanced treatments include Age Jet, Endymed, Emsculpt, Emsella, Focus Dual, Harmony, Laser Hair Removal, Mesotherapy, and Pellevé.

Non-transferability

Membership benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or shared, except for the permitted gifting of a session as outlined above.

Right to amend

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs, membership benefits, and fees at any time with 14 days’ notice to members. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the membership at any time if the member fails to comply with these T&Cs, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or misuses the membership. In such cases, any remaining balance for the membership term will be due immediately.

Liability

The clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments if the member fails to disclose relevant medical information, including information that may change throughout the term of membership or doesn’t follow after-care instructions given by your practitioner. All standard terms associated with how we provide care and our liability to you are applied to members just as they would be to non-members.
