Director

Mr David Gateley, FRCS

David is the Medical Director at Nakedhealth and is one of the UK’s leading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He offers a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures at Nakedhealth. Surgical procedures include the removal of moles and skin lesions, eye blepharoplasty (loose skin above the eye), micro lipo (liposuction in small areas such as the chin or knees) and fat transfer for effective, natural looking facial volumising. 

Consultations for cosmetic or reconstructive surgery can be booked with Mr Gateley at nakedhealth. Non-surgical treatments include the use of Botulinum Toxin for reducing fine facial lines and wrinkles, fillers for reshaping and volumising the face, jawline and chin, long term fillers such as Sculptra for added facial volume and the Obagi Blue Peel for an overall tighter and healthier complexion. He has perfected a facial lifting technique which is a minor operation but with minimal downtime for the patient. Results are impressive.

Cosmetic Doctor

Dr Kasim Usmani

Dr. Kasim is a highly experienced aesthetic doctor and General Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical expertise. Dr Kasim specialises in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology and holds the Level 7 Diploma.
Since moving to London in 2020 he has worked on Harley Street and in the NHS alongside dermatologists, vascular surgeons and cancer specialists.

He especially enjoys injectables for facial re-volumisation, contouring and anti-wrinkle treatments. He has a keen eye for detail and believes that clients should look naturally rejuvenated. He is passionate about skin health and places as much importance on this for excellent outcomes. Our clinic prioritises safety and satisfaction, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Since the explosion in popularity of weight loss drugs Dr Kasim has been running the Nakedhealth Weight Management Clinic where patients are able to discuss their goals with him and he can assess their suitability for treatment. He then monitors their journey. This is a very popular clinic with patients appreciating being responsibly managed.

Alongside his role at Nakedhealth Dr Kasim is the Director of his own training academy in Wimbledon where he teaches professionals how to treat patients safely and effectively.

Dr Kasim collaborates with Mr David Gateley and the professional team of Nurses and Senior Aesthetic Therapists, who are all dedicated to the best results and standards of practice.

Kamila Thompson

Kamila is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with over 15 years of expertise in the field of aesthetics. She has worked in some of London’s leading hospitals, building a strong clinical foundation and bringing the highest standards of patient safety and care into her aesthetic practice. At Nakedhealth, Kamila assists Mr Gateley, our Medical director and Consultant Plastic Surgeon, in surgical procedures, combining her medical precision with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and healing.

She has a particular passion for regenerative medicine and bioboosters.

With an artistic flair and exceptional attention to detail, Kamila believes that aesthetic medicine is both a science and an art, creating natural, balanced results that enhance confidence while preserving individuality.

Josie Hearn

Josie is currently on maternity leave.

Josie joined the team in 2019 and has a strong understanding of all the procedures offered at Nakedhealth. She works closely with the Aesthetic Therapists so that her patients are well informed on all treatments. Josie is a very experienced Botox injector and she loves the outcomes she gets with Profhilo. She also enjoys the natural refresh she gets with facial fillers. She takes her time to understand what the patient wants to achieve and likes the results to be natural and soft so that they look well and refreshed and a bit more youthful but never different or overdone.

Vascular Surgeon

Keith Jones

Mr Jones qualified in 1992 from St Bartholomew’s Medical College London and became Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1996. He undertook Higher Surgical training in the South West Thames region from April 1997, with a period of research in the role of IL-6 in Abdominal Aneurysms that was published and for which was awarded Master of Surgery. Mr Jones has also undertaken specialist Vascular training at St Thomas’s and St George’s Hospitals. In 2005 he was appointed as a Consultant at King’s College Hospital, and after developing their endovascular AAA practice he moved to St George’s in 2008 as the lower limb arterial lead. he has recently moved his NHS post to Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

He is London’s Vascular Training Programme Director and a member of the National Vascular Specialty Advisory Committee.

Pegah Fakhim

Pegah joined the team in 2012 after spending some years with well known cosmetic brands. She enjoys all technical treatments and is getting excellent results with Radiofrequency, SkinPen and IPL skin treatments. Pegah is one of our CoolSculpting and Emsculpt experts and her experience ensures optimum inch loss for her clients. Pegah is a trained phlebotomist and a PRP expert (Plasma Rich Platelet treatment) she gets impressive results for hair restoration as well as skin regeneration. Pegah keeps herself very well informed on all the latest treatments and regularly attends industry conferences and online seminars. Pegah speaks fluent Farsi.

Tanty had many years of experience as a therapist before joining the nakedhealth MEDISPA team in 2010. She relishes learning new technologies and knows how to gain the best results by intelligently combining effective home care with high tech treatments. She is always “in the know” regarding industry developments and new treatments and has a gift for identifying winning treatments. Tanty is part of the CoolSculpting and Emsculpt team and is pleased to offer a really effective treatment for excess fat. Tanty speaks fluent Indonesian.

Ellie Jennings

Ellie was one of the founding members of the team in 2004. She came with laser experience which she has built on considerably and is now our Laser Protection Supervisor. She is part of the CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Team and is delighted with the results she is seeing. Ellie has been working with SkinCeuticals since 2004 and gives excellent advice on skincare and Prescription Skin Treatments. Ellie is one of the MiraDry specialists, helping patients with the problems of excessive sweating. Ellie speaks good Italian.

Natalie Windegaard

Natalie joined nakedhealth MEDISPA in 2005. She has undergone comprehensive training and is very knowledgeable in all high tech, laser and cosmeceutical treatments including the wide range of skin peels, Radiofrequency, Endymed and SkinPen.

Caroline joined the team in 2008, then moved to Switzerland in 2014. Luckily she returned in 2017 which delighted us and her loyal clients. She has many years experience treating skin conditions and embraces new technology with great enthusiasm. Viktoria has been in the Aesthetics industry for many years and joined us in 2012 having identified it as an organisation with an ongoing training programme where she could develop her scientific knowledge and guarantee better treatment outcomes for clients.

Viktoria embraces new innovations and uses technology and skin care in effective combination for outstanding results. Viktoria is one of the CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Team and is delighted to be able to offer her clients a real solution to fat reduction. Fauzia has many years experienced in hair removal and specialises in electrolysis including Advanced, which includes the removal of skin tags, milia, facial thread veins, keratosis and other skin blemishes. Jenni has worked in some of the highest quality settings throughout her career.
After receiving her initial training here at nakedhealth she left to work for Crystal Cruise lines : one of the the few 6 star cruise lines in the world. Following her return to London in 2009 she worked in Sloane Square for a Condé Nast award winning spa and then as the Spa Manager for a prestigious private members club.
Jenni is one of the Obagi team and offers advanced electrolysis, which includes the removal of milia.

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Dorela brings a wealth of expertise, precision, and passion to her work. As a fully qualified lecturer, she has spent more than a decade educating and mentoring future professionals.

Ruth Kane

Ruth has been working with us since 2011. She is one of the UK trainers for Finishing Touches and uses her techniques for Aesthetic and medical applications. She can create or improve the shape or balance of your eyebrows, enhance the shape and definition of your eyes or improve the colour and contour of your lips. She is also able to disguise scar tissue and perform a variety of medical-related tattoos.

Jack McVeagh-Holness

Jack is a registered nurse and splits his time between the operating theatre at Guy’s and St Thomas’s hospital and the aesthetic field, where he is qualified and experienced in Ultherapy and injectables.

Jack believes in a holistic approach to aesthetics, including lifestyle improvements, a meticulous skincare routine and treatments that are subtle whilst also providing meaningful results. He works alongside the Ultherapy UK trainer and specialising in this treatment makes him a top practitioner.

Jack is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Mandarin and loves to speak them both.

Jack’s primary goal is client satisfaction, involving them every step of the way and providing unparalleled level of care from the consultations and all the way to post-treatment follow-ups.

Louise Stewart

Louise Stewart has been in the health and beauty industry for over 40 years. Louise set up Village Affair in Wimbledon Village in 1980 and ran it successfully until 2001 when it was acquired by the DoveSpa Chain. She created and ran The Clinic at The Harbour Club, Chelsea for the first 5 years when the club was privately owned. Many nakedhealth MEDISPA clients were introduced to treatments by Louise and her team at The Harbour Club and Village Affair. When the industry started to get more high tech Louise was in at the inception embracing advanced treatments.

Louise has worked with several high profile Doctors and worked with David Gateley in Harley Street before they created nakedhealth MEDISPA, one of the UK’s first Medispas.

Sarah joined Nakedhealth in 2010. She trained as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and was with them for many years before branching out into commerce. She runs everything financial at Nakedhealth.

Julia has been involved with nakedhealth MEDISPA since its launch in 2004. She liaises between David Gateley’s surgical cosmetic practice and his Nakedhealth MEDISPA clinic. She is the Registered Manager and is responsible for all CQC matters and maintaining high standards and quality of service.
