This 70-minute treatment represents our most intensive non-invasive protocol, designed to effectively address fine lines, uneven skin tone, texture, and sagging skin.

Similar to our Clear Facial, this treatment uses the sophisticated Alma Harmony XL Pro laser platform to harness the power of biostimulation, but it includes an additional modality for controlled fractional resurfacing. If your skin needs significant renewal, this facial will kick-start collagen and elastin production for a firmer, smoother, and deeply corrected appearance.

About the treatment

The 70-minute Bio-Boost Laser Lift and Resurface Facial is a bespoke, multi-modal treatment combining three clinically proven laser technologies synergistically in a single session. This protocol focuses on both the deep lifting and crucial surface renewal.

This powerful combination includes:

ClearLift: Works deep within the dermis to stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin, providing the foundational ‘Lift’ and tightening effect.

ClearSkin Pro: is a non-ablative laser treatment that uses a 1540nm Erbium Glass laser for skin rejuvenation, improving concerns like fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and uneven tone by stimulating collagen and elastin production.

It works by creating controlled micro-thermal zones in the dermis to trigger the body’s natural healing process while a simultaneous cooling system protects the skin’s surface for minimal downtime and discomfort.

i-Pixel: This is the key resurfacing component. It is a fractional ablative laser that creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which forces the body to shed damaged cells and replace them with smoother, fresher, and tighter new skin.

Treatment Requirements: As with all our advanced laser treatments, a full consultation is mandatory. We use the Visia facial scanner to analyse your skin’s unique characteristics, followed by a necessary patch test and precise planning to ensure the safest and most effective outcomes. A course of 3 treatments, once a month, is recommended.

Should I avoid anything Pre and Post-treatment?

Please check with your therapist regarding your skincare routine; products containing Retinol must be stopped 3–5 days before your session. Post-treatment, meticulous application of antioxidants and high-factor sun protection is mandatory. Avoid sunny holidays a minimum of 2 weeks pre- and post-treatment date, and refrain from any activity that introduces heat to the skin immediately post-procedure.

How many sessions are advised and what is the expected downtime?

A course of 3 treatments, carried out once every month, is advised for best results. You should plan for 3–5 days of downtime where you will experience redness and irritation as your skin undergoes the resurfacing process.
