About the treatment

There are different types of skin peels, ranging from mild to deep. The type of peel recommended will depend on your skin type and concerns.

Our superficial skin peels will use AHA’s – Alpha Hydroxy acids and are non invasive. Peels will exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells leaving a healthier complexion and improves the appearance of your skin. It boosts cell turnover and is an active cheerleader of collagen production.

The main active ingredients used in our peels are Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid and Salicylic Acid which brightens the skin.

How many treatments are needed?

A course of skin peels are recommended and we will advise how many and how frequently you should have your peels according to your skin concerns. Generally a course of 6 treatments are recommended.

What should I expect after a peel?

You may experience mild flaking 2 – 5 days after your treatment. Redness and irritation for a few days. Dry patches.

What results should I expect?

The results of the peel will require patience and consistency. Commitment to a good home care routine will help you achieve desired results.
