Mr Gateley removes the excess skin through an incision placed within the natural crease of the upper eyelid, where the resulting fine scar is designed to sit discreetly once healed. Fat is removed or repositioned where clinically appropriate.

Most patients walk out of the clinic shortly after the procedure and are collected or make their own way home the same day.
