Blepharoplasty is surgery to the upper or lower eyelid. Upper eyelid surgery involves making a judgment of how much excess skin can be surgically removed with or without a small amount of fat near the medial edge of the cut. The surgery can be done under local anaesthetic as a day case and takes about 30 minutes to perform.
Many of us have stubborn pockets of fat on our hips, thighs, arms and even around our abdomen, that simply won’t shift through diet or exercise. MicroLipo is a minimally invasive liposuction, fat removal and body sculpting procedure aimed to enhance your body’s contour, definition and physique.
MicroLipo gets its name from the tiny size of the cannulas used to extract the fat, which can be between just 0.9mm and 3mm wide. The technique can remove up to 3.5 litres of fat. MicroLipo can be used to treat the chin, upper arms, inner thighs, knees, the abdomen (post CoolSculpting)
Fat transfer injection is a technique that transfers fat from one area of the body to another. Fat is harvested from fat rich areas such as the buttocks, thighs or abdomen, with minimal access liposuction techniques, where the scars are hidden in natural crease lines. The fat is then separated and concentrated before being injected into the areas of the face requiring treatment. As we all age, our bodies produce less collagen, the protein which keeps our skin plump and youthful. The skin loses its elasticity as our collagen levels deplete, causing it to wrinkle and sag. Fat transfer to face is an excellent way to improve contouring and help to restore volume to the face.
