• Eligibility: This £50 Welcome Voucher is exclusively available to new clients who have never received services at our clinic and have completed the online sign-up form on our website.
• Voucher Value: Voucher valid for all consultations, skin treatments and laser hair removal. Excludes beauty treatments, electrolysis and apilus.
• Validity Period: The voucher is valid for two months from the date of issue, as indicated in the confirmation email.
• Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed by presenting your voucher email (either printed or digitally) at the time of the appointment.
• Restrictions:
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • It cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
  • Only one voucher can be used per client.
  • The voucher is not applicable to product purchases.
• Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the voucher.
