When you tried the wedding dress on for the first time what did you feel like improving on? Why did you decide to have a treatment?
I have always struggled with how my arms look when they are on show so as a result, I would always wear t-shirts/ long sleeves to cover them. I work out regularly at the gym and I swim for a club twice a week for 2 hours each session, but my arms have always looked the same, no matter what I did. Similarly, I also have a similar issue in the tummy area. Although I am comfortable with my weight, I have pockets of fat which I have always struggled to lose and in my tummy this showed through in certain clothes, like dresses.
I found a dress which I really loved but it was slim fitting which I was not expecting to like as much as I did. My arms were on show, and it was clinging around my tummy too but I decided to go for it and committed to spending more time toning in the gym. However, I was finding even a few months in, although I was seeing toning, I still had the pockets of fat which were not shifting.
I then had a quick Google to see if there was a procedure that could help me with my hang ups which was not invasive like liposuction, and this is how I found Coolsculpting. Before I researched any of the clinics, I spent a lot of time researching and hearing different people’s stories and experiences. Some good and some bad.
I then did my research on the clinic and NakedHealth was the clear choice. NakedHealth had great reviews on Google from their clients on all procedures whereas many other clinics, clients had had bad experiences. So I decided to take the plunge and make an appointment to explore Coolsculpting.
What were the reasons you chose NakedHealth for your treatment?
The reason I picked NakedHealth on the surface was due to the reviews, but then I met Pegah at my initial review. Pegah was extremely knowledgeable on Coolsculpting and how it works. Pegah managed my expectations in terms of what to expect out of the procedure and the potential results. I did not feel I was over promised on the results, so I went in with as much knowledge as possible.
How did you find the practitioner (name) in guiding you to choose the right zone to treat and accommodate the treatment to your needs?
Pegah was extremely calming and helped me understand what areas could be improved with Coolsculpting. We looked at my arms around the triceps and also the arm puff which I didn’t like either. We also looked at my tummy and the pockets of fat around that.
I felt assured that Pegah would get me the best results and not give me any dents or disfigurement to my body which I saw online was a common challenge with the procedure.
How impressed were you with the results after your first review?
I initially had some regret after getting the procedure done as I really was not expecting to be in any pain. I found the procedure quite painful and the after effects also very painful. I ended up calling back to Pegah as I was worried by this. Pegah again reassured me, offering me her mobile number in case I had any more concerns to get in contact. The pain in my arms was fine but around my tummy it took around 2 weeks to go away, but after speaking to Pegah I felt reassured again and started to focus on the fact I was a few weeks away from getting results.
I saw results at around 6 weeks. My arms felt more toned and I felt more confident with them. My tummy had significantly reduced too. I think the physical results I have seen are better than the images I saw and I have a new confidence in my body which I wished I had years ago.
Would you recommend this treatment and the clinic to your friends in the future and why?
Yes! I think the treatment and after care was second to none. Pegah had empathy for me throughout the process and I felt very looked after throughout the whole procedure.
I am also happy with the result. They are not drastic and this is what I was looking for when I set out on my journey, I still feel myself but slightly better in it.
I would say to anyone considering Coolsculpting that it is a great way to lose those smaller pockets of fat that you cannot shift through diet and exercise.
